This rulebook regulates the health examinations of asylum seekers upon admission to the Asylum Center or another facility for the accommodation of asylum seekers. An asylum seeker is a foreigner who submitted a request for asylum on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, on which a legally binding decision has not been made by an authorized body.
