Achieving solutions for refugees and internally displaced persons (hereinafter: IDPs) is a complex process that requires conditions for: (1) sustainable return to the country and place of origin, and (2) either integration in the host country or improved living conditions in the displacement location – ensuring a genuine choice between these options.
