All applications shall be submitted at the Office for Refugees and Migration in the municipality/city where the applicant resides. Applications for the issurance of certificates for housing assistance and apartment purchase in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia may also be submitted at the Office of the Commissioner for Refugees and Migration. Original documents for all applications must be presented to the Commissioner for Refugees for verification.
