This notice provides information on how your personal data are collected, used, stored and protected when using the website and/or the digital platform of the Regional Migration Training Centre.
The processing of data is carried out in accordance with the applicable Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018) and, where applicable, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).
Data displayed publicly: trainer’s first name and surname, training title, accreditation status, training language, organisation/institution and country.
E‑learning system enabling access to interactive courses/modules. For access and records, the following are collected for participants and trainers: first name and surname, email, city, country, time zone, institution, department, phone, additional names (optional), short biography, interests, photograph (optional).
Additionally for accredited trainers: date of birth, accreditation field, certificate and digital copy, certificate name/issuer, language proficiency, CV, experience (years, areas). Additionally for non‑accredited trainers: highest education and institution, diploma/degree, subject/specialisation, number/type of trainings, proof of trainings and completed trainer courses.
Purposes: registration and access, monitoring progress, issuing certificates, administration/reporting, communication, personalisation, statistics/evaluation.
Processing is carried out only to the extent necessary, proportionate and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.
Data are stored in the State Data Centre (Kragujevac) with protection measures: encryption and access control, restricted access to authorised persons only, network monitoring and abuse prevention, regular security testing. Access only to authorised platform/website administrators and, as necessary, to trainers and participants. Public trainer data are limited to basic information; other personal data are visible only to authorised administrators.
No sharing without explicit consent unless legally required.
