The program of getting to know Serbian culture, history and constitutional arrangements for persons who have been granted the right to asylum should last 30 hours. It is important that during those hours participants get an idea of the place where Serbia is located, the basic historical stages that the Serbian people went through since their immigration to the Balkan Peninsula, through the medieval Serbian state, the arrival of the Ottomans, the uprisings and the restoration of the modern Serbian state in the 19th century. Special attention will be paid to two Yugoslav ones countries, especially the socialist one, which through its non-aligned policy was very present in various parts of the world, as well as the countries from which today's migrants and refugees.
