This Regulation establishes the Program to Support Voluntary Return of Foreigners for the period from 2022 to 2025 (hereinafter: the Program), which is printed as an annex to this Regulation and forms its integral part. For the purposes of this Regulation, voluntary return of foreigners means the process of a foreigner voluntarily returning to their country of origin or to a country of voluntary return where they will be accepted. Support for voluntary return may be provided to a foreigner who, in accordance with regulations governing asylum and temporary protection, or regulations concerning the entry, movement, stay and return of foreigners, has been granted a deadline for voluntary return by the competent authority.
