A person granted the right to asylum or subsidiary protection, as well as an asylum seeker, is entitled to healthcare protection in accordance with the Law on Asylum and Temporary Protection and regulations governing healthcare for foreigners. When requiring medical care, persons granted asylum or subsidiary protection, as well as asylum seekers, shall visit the Community Health Center in the municipality where they are privately accommodated. Adults shall report to the General Medicine Department, while children under 18 years of age shall report to the Preschool and School-Age Children’s Healthcare Department.
