This Law regulates the conditions and procedure for obtaining the right to international protection (hereinafter referred to as: the right to asylum), as well as the termination, revocation and annulment of the right to asylum of a foreigner or a stateless person (hereinafter referred to as: foreigner), as well as the rights and duties of asylum seekers and persons who have been granted the right to asylum in the Republic of Macedonia.
